The Process
Discovery
Starting with a discovery call, this is where I’ll get to know everything about where your business is now and where it’s going. By the end of the call, I will understand your business and website goals deeply.
Planning & Strategy
After deciding we’re a good fit, you’ll get access to a private project portal where you’ll upload all necessary items. For the website build, it will look like your branding assets, copywriting (I can provide a guide for you if needed!), and any photos you want to include.
Design &
Launch
Design & Launch
Once your design period begins, I’ll get to work with all of the materials you provided. Throughout, I will communicate promptly and ask you to do the same so we can keep to our efficient timeline. At the end of your design period, we’ll launch!
Support
After launching, you will receive an in-depth, custom video tutorial on how to manage your new website or new brand. For website builds, I will also be available to you for one month of post-launch support!

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO GET STARTED?
Logins for your domain and/or current site, website copy, photos, logos, any other brand elements, privacy policy and terms & conditions. Any inspiration you’d like to share is also helpful. I ask that 90% of this content be shared before your design period begins, that way we can make the most out of our two-week design timeline.
WHY SQUARSPACE?
I only use Squarespace to build websites because it’s easy to maintain and make edits for my clients without sacrificing design quality. One of my goals is to empower you to feel confident managing and making edits to your site once it’s complete. Squarespace makes this possible with its drag and drop function and intuitive editor.
HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOM WEBSITE TAKE?
Each website takes two weeks, granted 90% of your content is submitted before the project start date. The design period begins on a Monday and is completed the following Friday. Throughout the design period I ask that clients respond within 24 hours to keep the website moving forward.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER MY DESIGN PERIOD IS OVER?
My goal is to prepare my clients to make any edits after the project is over on their own by creating a personalized tutorial for them, tailored to their website. If you have a significant change or need help changing something after the design period is over, I am happy to quote you for that time.

Templates are a solution for businesses who want to DIY their website. With a custom design, I create a website that is tailored to your business goals, target audience, and branding. Every design decision I make will be centered around these factors, so the end result is a website that feels 100% intentional and unique.
